Community Member (Free) Subscription period: Unlimited Community Membership allows you to register for events, receive email communications, and comment on our Online Forums.

To be able to create new forum topics, however, you must apply to become a Participant, which is also free, but requires approval from an Administrator.

Participant (Free) Subscription period: Unlimited Participation gives you access to all the Community Member privilages, plus access to Participant directories and forums.

Becoming a full Participant is free, but requires approval of an administrator.
